I paid for 6 crowns. I received only 3. The practice kept my money and the insurance payments. What was supposed to be cosmetic dentistry to replace six older crowns and create a more symmetrical smile turned into a 2–3 year nightmare of repeated appointments, failed crown remakes, and ultimately having to go to another dentist to finish work I had already paid for. The original dentist repeatedly could not get several crowns to fit or look right. Some were too high or too short, leaving visible gaps, while others projected outward unnaturally. My smile still had a noticeable “step-up” appearance instead of the symmetrical result I was paying for. This led to an exhausting cycle of temporary crowns being removed and replaced while permanent crowns repeatedly went back to the lab with little improvement. More seriously, one of my teeth was over-prepared to the point that there was not enough tooth structure left to keep the crown on. I ultimately had to have an implant, adding nearly another year to the process. The dentist who originally performed the work was later no longer employed by the practice, and the owner/dentist took over my case. After numerous additional attempts, the remaining three crowns still were not satisfactory. The owner eventually sent me a letter stating that he could not achieve the results I was seeking and discontinued my treatment. What I find most unacceptable is that I paid this practice for SIX crowns but ultimately received only THREE. The practice also received insurance payments for the crowns that were billed, yet I have not been refunded for the three crowns I never received. Instead, they simply wrote off my remaining balance of approximately $1,500. I now have to pay another dentist to complete those three crowns, and my insurance may not cover them because benefits were already paid to this practice for those teeth. I have attempted to resolve the reimbursement and insurance issue directly with the owner, but he will not speak with me and my communications have gone unanswered. I also experienced poor customer service. On one occasion, a front-desk employee refused to give my son a small toy from the treasure chest because he was “not a patient,” and unnecessarily turned something so minor into an argument. My concerns about how we were treated were not appropriately addressed. After spending tens of thousands of dollars and giving this practice years and countless opportunities to correct the work, I expected accountability and a fair resolution. I paid for six crowns, received three, and am now paying another dentist to complete the other three while potentially losing insurance benefits that were already paid to this practice. I would not recommend this office at all. Beware! There are many other dental offices who can provide a much more pleasant and stress-free experience.

Edit here. Dr. Maceand Sonya provide excellent dental care for our complex issues. We appreciate them. We've gotten dental treatment for more than 15 years here, and we love this practice. Dr. Mace is gentle, friendly and skilled. Sonya and most of the staff here are careful, kind and flexible. They always answer all my questions, explain what they're doing and provide great dental care.

If you’re nervous about the dentist, this is the place to go. Kajsa Sjogren is a fantastic hygienist; she is so thorough and kind. I loved that she explained every step of the cleaning process beforehand to keep me at ease. I also had to get a crown recently, and Dr. Mace and Alina, his assistant, were wonderful. Dr. Mace really listens to his patients, and you can tell he and Alina have a great professional rhythm. They made a stressful situation feel easy and efficient. My permanent crown went on perfectly! From the friendly greeting at the front desk to the high-quality clinical care, this office is amazing.

I would recommend this dental practice to ANYONE. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I was distraught because a crown in the front of my mouth fell out leaving a gaping hole. Dr. Mace took the time to see me on a busy Monday and was very patient, kind and thorough while explaining to me my treatment options since my situation involved a tooth with a broken root canal. (That root canal had been done by another dental practice.) I have also been seen by Dr. Florez in this practice who did two crowns for me, and he is just as awesome, efficient, competent, knowledgeable and kind as Dr. Mace. I feel like I'm in very good hands with these two dentists and feel like I can completely trust them with my dental care. A+
