Dr. Mays is always great, and I really appreciate his demeanor. Brandy was also wonderful today in doing my x-rays and cleaning--very professional and started the visit early. I had missed my last visit and I did not feel shamed which was great. I feel really lucky to have them providing my care.

Frequently receive angry emails about bills I need to pay. It’s always months after the service and they say insurance didn’t cover something but I have no itemized bill or explanation. They used to have people working with insurance who could accurately assess this but now I always have to pay extra and that seems suspicious. Also at my last filling they dripped chemicals down the back of my throat repeatedly and numbed such a big area into my throat that it felt like my throat was closing and I could not feel anything for hours after. It was pretty awful and not normal. Bottom line this practice is not as good as it used to be and I’m not returning.

I could not have asked for a better Dental facility. The fact that they address your issue(s) and explain the process to restore the issue(s). It's so calming that one can just relax and allow the process. The atmosphere is very friendly from the entry of the desk, to the office staff, the assistants, not to forget, Dr. Scott. They all give such great care and respect to the client(s); for they are just one happy family working together for the purpose to serve. You will smile entering and exiting.
