I first went for an appointment as I had a cap fall off. I am admittedly anxious about the Dentist but Dr. Scott and his Assistant were so great with me. They took time to explain what they were going to do and made the process efficient. Further, I needed a follow up appointment and I forgot about it as I had a death in my family. Dr. Scott personally reached out to make sure I was okay after noticing I missed my appointment and offered nothing but condolences, and waived my no show fee. I highly recommend the Westport Plaza Dental Associates not only as a great business, but as great humans!
