The office experience was very good. The staff is very courteous and professional. The online reminders/notifications/etc are totally overbearing and extremely annoying. I have appointment cards that do all the reminding I need. This cell phone and internet interaction needs to be scaled back a lot! Every time I turn around there's another email or message or something from Plaza Dental about something I need to schedule or have done, which has already been taken care. Less is more.....
